    Does our data leave our environment?

    Not by default. A Replay runs on a machine you control. If you’d rather we run it, the data is processed in a region you choose and deleted at the end. Customer tickets are never sent to shared AI endpoints, and nothing is used to train models.

    What does Trace actually change in SAP?

    Only fixes for ticket types it has earned, through standard transactions under a dedicated least-privilege user. Everything else is prepared for a person to approve.

    We're moving to S/4HANA in two to three years. Why change ECC support now?

    Because the move pulls your best people away while ECC still needs daily care. Trace keeps ECC stable through the cutover, and the same approach carries over to S/4 support.
